Project information
CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development has joined forces with the Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing to provide affordable housing in Sonoma, California. Upon completion of construction, Shiloh Terrace will offer 134 new affordable homes for families earning 30-70% of the local AMI.
Shiloh Terrace is primarily financed by 4% federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), State LIHTC, and Tax-Exempt Bonds. Shiloh Terrace was also made possible through $3.9 million of funding awarded by the California Housing Financing Agency’s Mixed-Income Program (CalHFA’s MIP).
The 4.39-acre property is conveniently located near public transportation and a highway for connectivity to all community amenities such as schools, healthcare, parks, grocery stores, libraries, etc. There will be 140 surface parking stalls for residents.
Our managing general partner, Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, will provide direct services through the Social Service Program and local community organizations.
All our developments conform to Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards. This energy code of California is designed to reduce wasteful and unnecessary energy consumption in newly constructed and existing buildings.
Shiloh Terrace is designed in accordance with Greenpoint Certification requirements & is certified Greenpoint Gold.
