If you are interested in being considered in the application process, you must register by providing the following information by email to the address outlined above.

1) Full Name of all household members;
2) Phone number;
3) Current residential address;
4) Previous residential address(es) over past 10 years;
5) Current place of employment;
6) Indicate, if applicable, if you were a Pasadena resident who was displaced by the Eaton Wildfire.

Selection of applicants will be subject to the City of Pasadena local preference policy. However, If you have previously registered your interest to apply through this webpage, you do not need to submit another email with the specified information.

Extension of registration deadline through 11:59 pm, Monday, August 25, 2025.

First priority for previously displaced Pasadena residents including Pasadena residents displaced due to the Eaton Wildfire.
