Rent & Income Eligibility

Rents at Redwood Views are affordable for income-qualified farmworker households. Qualified residents pay no more than 30% of annual income, supported by a USDA rental subsidy.

Eligibility is limited to farmworker households earning between 30% and 60% of the Sonoma County Area Median Income (AMI).
A one-month security deposit is required.
Rent and income limits are subject to change. Occupancy standards apply.

Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome.

Current residents and community members may earn $500 for referring an eligible household that successfully leases a home.*

Farmworker Eligibility

Eligibility for Redwood Views is limited to farmworker households, in accordance with HUD, USDA, and California HCD guidelines.

Farmworkers include:

  • Individuals whose primary income comes from agriculture, crops, livestock, nurseries, or packing

  • Retired farmworkers

  • Seasonal farmworkers

  • Migrant farmworkers
