CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development has joined forces with the Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee on Anti-Poverty of San Diego Inc (MAAC) and MirKa Investments to provide desperately needed housing to farmworker families in Imperial, California.

Construction for the first phase of the 114-unit project was completed at the end of 2021. The project will serve families with incomes ranging from 30-60% of the area median income.

Worthington La Luna provides 103 parking spaces for its residents. The development also includes a community area with a community room, computer lounge, lobby, lounge area, leasing offices, and restrooms.
